Work environment plays a key role in any organization and training is an integral part of any organization. There are many factors which can affect employee training negatively. There are some factors which can be present within an organization which might reduce the positive effects of training and slow the learning process of the employees and also demotivate the employees to learn about new things. Excessive pressure by the management can also reduce the effectiveness of training as it has been seen that motivation can boost up the learning process within the organization and also make the organizational culture better (Lim & Morris, 2006).
